CLAIMS LEADER

Imagine needing to make an insurance claim.
What are the possible outcomes?
We Represent the Insured ONLY
State-Certified Adjuster serving
insurance policy holders after suffering a loss.

We SETTLE CLAIMS on
YOUR behalf.
This structure is good for you because:
-
No upfront costs – you don’t pay anything out of pocket
-
Our financial interests are aligned – the more I recover for you, the better it is for both of us
-
You get professional representation fighting for your settlement, just like the insurance company has Private Adjusters working on their side.
Transparent

We ONLY get paid after you get paid!
It costs you NOTHING, to get started. So, you have two pragmatic options to: 1. try to collect as well you can on your own, OR,
2. get a Public Adjuster to settle the claim for you.
We are financially incentivized to
help you get the MAXIMUM payout.
Our compensation is on a percentage basis-contingency fee of the claim proceeds. In other words, the Public Adjuster fee is 10% of all recovered amounts, and depends on what we are able to recover for you.
If your claim is DENIED or MINIMIZED you can KNOW that an expert did their best.
It may be illegal for us to GUARANTEE that WE WILL GET YOUR CLAIM ACCEPTED or MAXIMIZED; but, we do have the tools, training, and aim to get our clients every bit that you should. As professionals, we tend to do a better than the average Joe on the street.
Licensed

A lot of people and businesses, still don’t realize that there is someone who can help them, work with an insurance company when they suffer a loss.
Thomas Marshall Chumbley
aka Tom Chumbley, Ph.D.

TX Public Adjuster License #3334249
It is commonly thought, at least among my social circle, that an insurance agent, would have a conflict of interest in representing you as a claims adjuster on the same policy they sold you. It is my understanding, based on my professional training, that ONLY a Public Adjuster with a license may do so.
Dedicated
to recover the full amount you're entitled to.

"But I know, like and TRUST my insurance agent." - Named Insured
Who is on YOUR side that knows?
If you have to file a claim, you need to understand that, an insurer [often insurance company] may have a financial incentive to limit claim payouts.

Insurance agents may work for the insurer and may be caught between:
-
The relationship they built with you; preserving trust and reputation of the insured [you], AND,
-
representing the insurer’s internal policies, processes, & interests, potential minimization or denial of a claim for the insurer [usually an insurance company].

Only a Licensed Public Adjuster can Adjust a policy holder's claim on your behalf.
Not even an attorney can do so UNLESS that attorney also has a Public Adjuster License.
